What is the inline poll experience?

• The inline poll experience allows you to create polls directly within an email thread in Outlook web.
• No more navigating through side-panes or separate windows – you can now seamlessly add polls right where your conversation is happening.

How does it work?

1. Compose Your Email: Start by composing an email in Outlook web.
2. Add a Poll: Within the email, click on the “Poll” button (usually located in the toolbar).
3. Create Your Poll: You can add multiple poll options and customize them.
4. Real-Time Voting: Recipients can vote directly within the email thread, and the results update in real time.
5. Preview Before Sending: Unlike the previous process, you can now see how the poll will appear to recipients before hitting send.
