You can now easily leverage the Designer feature in PowerPoint to help you make your timeline and meeting agendas look sharp. The PowerPoint recognized times, dates, topics on your slide and intelligently redesigns them for you. This feature was released in 2017, however many did not realize that it could be used with timelines.

Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Type up your Timeline or Agenda in plane Text.
Step 2: Go to the “Tell Me What You Want To Do” feature in the ribbon and type “Design Ideas”.
Step 3: Pick and choose the look and feel that best fits your content.
