Getting Started:

1. Launch Live Captions:
   • Click on Quick Settings in your taskbar.
   • Scroll down and select “Live Captions.”
   • Alternatively, open Settings > Accessibility > Captions and toggle on “Live Captions.”
   • Agree to allow Microsoft to process your voice data and download the necessary language files.
2. Try It Out:
   • Listen to your favorite podcast or watch films in non-English languages.
   • Live Captions instantly provide English captions, allowing you to follow along seamlessly.
3. Multilingual Calls:
   • Have a call with family, friends, or teammates from around the globe.
   • After turning on Live Captions, invite them to speak in different languages.
   • Watch their words transform into English captions in real time.
4. Customize the Captions Box:
   • Move the captions box to a new location on your screen:
     • Click and drag it to the desired position.
     • Alternatively, access the Settings icon and choose a fixed location (above screen, below screen, or overlaid).
5. Enlarge the Captions Box:
   • Resize the box to display more words at once.
