The Scheduling Assistant is a feature that allows you to easily see your coworkers availability allowing you to find the best possible time for a meeting. Below you will find tips on how to use your Scheduling Assistant quickly to find meeting times on your mobile phone with two simple steps.
Step 1: Create an event on your Calendar and the coworkers that wish to meet with on the People field. When you do this, you will then see the indicator of attendees availability based on the date that you picked. Outlook will notify you instantly if you picked a time that works for everyone.
Step 2: You will know that you picked a time that works for everyone due to the green icon above the time that has a check mark. If you need to pick a separate date just click on the day and choose a new date from the calendar.
